Fitshot Studio is an AI studio for fashion sellers that ZEROPLUSONE plans and runs itself. Upload one product photo and it creates a set of on-model shots and the product detail page, so new items go live without a photo shoot.
Overview
For sellers, a shoot costs time and money
Listing a new item means booking models and a studio. For small fashion sellers every shoot is a recurring cost and the bottleneck that delays listings. Fitshot removes it by producing the sales shot set and detail page from a single product photo.
Approach
The bar for AI output isn’t a pretty picture — it’s a picture that sells.
Models make convincing images, but sales need the product to look exactly like the real thing and the set to stay consistent. So instead of relying on model performance, we made preserving the product and checking the results the core of the product — and since we run it ourselves, we watch the cost and quality of every image, every day.

Upload a product photo and Fitshot analyzes the garment to plan the shot list, background, styling and poses. Every shot a detail page needs comes out as one set, and in every shot the color, fabric and fit stay true to the real product.

Pick the mood that fits the store from nine shooting themes — Effortless, City Girl, Old Money, After Party and more — and every listing keeps a consistent look without planning a new concept each time.

Pick the sales shots and you get a complete detail page — hero copy, introduction, size chart and exchange policy. Sellers don’t write from scratch; they just review and polish.
